The coaching process for creating a sustainable work culture
Our process starts with the team; who are we, what is our target, what do we stand for and what do we need? By getting to know each other and gaining insight in human behaviour, we establish a foundation for setting mutual targets and working to achieve them.
During the process we will identify possible areas of development in the team and work together to establish a culture where everybody can thrive, feel motivated, inspired and satisfied at work.
We believe in learning by doing, and our process is based on at the site tutoring, meaning that we work with the team, with actual situations and challenges, offering hands on mentoring for the leader and team members.
Our process is always tailor-made to fit the needs of the customer, typically consisting of
part 1 where we evaluate the situation if the organization, identify challenges and areas for improvement part and
part 2 where we focus on concrete actions and improvement.
