Our story

We have come together through shared values, a desire to understand what makes us feel good and grow as individuals, and a will to use this knowledge to help others and create a better work life. By combining our experiences in leadership, research, burnout challenges, neuroscience, and coaching, we have developed the concept of Human Energy Management, through which we aim to help individuals, leaders, and organizations create a well-being work environment.

Sonja has a background in the energy industry with a strong connection to research and development of sustainable solutions. Her research background is reflected in an analytical mindset, critical thinking, a desire to understand, and an appreciation of facts. Roles as a manager and employee in corporate organizations have provided her with personal insight into the challenges of working life, the essence of good leadership, and the importance of psychological safety.

Daphne has a background as a leader in the packaging industry. Her desire to help people thrive, to perform well in a sustainable way, has led her to work as a career coach. In her role as a coach and mental trainer, she uses neuroscience knowledge about how people function, to help them develop themselves, set goals as well as intentions and create inner motivation. To achieve increased personal well-being, Daphne emphasizes the importance of sufficient recovery, both physically, mentally, and socially, and the importance of constantly practicing being present and harnessing the power it gives in daily life.
